I just spoke to the owner. She says an employee stole all the money and she does not have the money to either pay me back or order/install the shower door I paid for. She had no solution as to how I would get either and has not produced a police report to back her story.
Paid upfront and have beein waiitng and patient. Ive gotten nothing but lies and excuses out of him,his son and his wife. Also no shower doors or a refund. Now the phones are off and the son supposedly doesnt work for him all of a sudden. Stay far away from this crook and his crooked family.
Has anyone been able to get a hold of this company over the last week? We are getting absolutely no response and no show for installation.
Paid for a shower door and got nothing but excuses, one after another. Then, more excuses when it came to getting my refund. Got most of it back and was promised the rest later in the week. Now he’s dodging me. Very unprofessional. Would not recommend.
The quality of glass they use is unmatched by the box stores. The installation looks amazing and the customer service is top notch. I will be using them again for the other floors. Shower Doors by TJ does not just install the shower door, they custom make and fit it. Use these guys if you want it done right the first time.
