Didn't follow through on their commitment. Gave them a chance to fix it, they didn't. Will be doing business elsewhere.
We wanted to update our tub enclosure that had an annoying curtain, to glass doors. Shower Door Specialties was really easy to work with. They really stand behind their products and install, and go above and beyond to ensure their customers are happy. Jacob and the team are great. Would definitely recommend them to anyone wanting to update their bathroom!
We saw their showroom in Lynwood and decided to give them a call. What followed was a series of great interaction. All are very friendly, informative and professional, pricing was reasonable. Now, our bathroom looks great. Highly recommended
They were first rate - we got 6 different bids and they beat out all bidders - once we accepted the bids it took less then a week to get our shower door and panel installed - Installation was pretty quick - and the shower door and glass panel look great. They provided great customer service - they didn't ask for final payment until a day later - they wanted to make sure we were happy with everything.
We ordered a custom frame-less shower enclosure for our new curb free shower after a full bathroom remodel. My wife and I visited the show room near Mukilteo, which demonstrated the quality in Shower Door Specialties product vs what the big-box stores offered. Their rep, Jacob, came to our home, took very accurate measurements & instructions, and provided a competitive quote.
