From start to the finish Eric showed skill, knowledge and expertise. Eric accommodated my living situation and treated my family with respect. Eric did a terrific job refinishing the floors in two bedrooms. He was very helpful in picking out the best stain to match an adjoining area and he let us know in advance how the work would be scheduled and how to best maintain the floors in the future.
What can I say about Eric and his skills? The man is a magician. Check out these before and after photos of my floor. He was able to bring the life back into this hickory flooring and it looks better than brand new. Eric traveled halfway across the country for this job and I am sure glad he did. I can't say enough about how satisfied we are with Eric from Showcase Wood Floors. Our living room and hallway flooring is 67 years old and required minor repair and refinish. The living room was covered by carpeting for most of those years and never refinished. Our kitchen floor is 30 years old; the previous finish had yellowed, and the floor had water damage near the refrigerator, sink and back door.
