I purchased a tonneau cover from them four years ago, and after taking it on and off multiple times, I noticed a few parts were missing, and it wasn't aligning properly (my own fault). I reached out to them, they made time for me the very same day, even after hours. They fixed my cover and didn't charge me for any of the service! Exceptional customer service
This post is delayed by way too long as I have been a customer of Showcase for a few years and had s few vehicles outfitted by their team including 2019 F150, 2022 Explorer St, 2015 Tacoma.
