This Langley company is top notch. Great staff that are friendly, efficient and great at installation. I bought an Extang Tonneau cover for my truck. After 4 1/2 years one edge of the vinyl (?) top started to shrink back and curl up. I contacted Chris at Showase because the cover had a five year warranty. He looked after the entire claim for me, filing the warranty documents and liaising with the manufacturer. Ten days later, I had a brand new Extang Tonneau cover delivered to my door in West Kelowna. I recommend Showcase Truck Accessories. I recently had issues with my Tonneau cover. They were able to go back to the manufacture of the cover and fully replace it. They made the process quick and easy. I would go back for any of my Truck needs. Dick Heida
I am absolutely impressed with Chris and Steve from Showcase! They provided an extremely high level of customer service that is sadly mostly missing in automotive related businesses now. They both took extra time to explain their products and best options for my truck. Time to receive product, installation times and pricing were all exactly as quoted, and very professional.
