Had shutters installed in my foyer to start off with because I was unsure of the quality. After the installation, I was exceptionally pleased and I am in the process of ordering more for the remaining windows downstairs. I highly recommend this place, not only for the price, but for their hospitality and good customer service.
These guys are the same company as Signature Shutters. It sounds like they changed their name (same address). Go check out their reviews on Signature Shutters....I can assure you, no matter how they lure you in with their low prices, it is not worth the heartache they will cause on the terrible communications, pushing out dates and having to come back and fix multiple items. I was a bit hesitant reading the mixed reviews, some were great, others, not so much. I called up and scheduled an appt. The product, and prices were both super, so I decided to go for it. This morning my New Plantation Shutters were installed, THEY LOOK SO FANTASTIC! I am really happy with my shutters. Thank you guys!
Absolutely the WORST company hands down I’ve ever used! Zero communication, dodges phone calls and such terrible installation it ruined the integrity of our brand new construction!!
