A lot of missteps by salesman making promises that turned out to be wrong, an initial installation of three long days and looked bad and some things not working. To give credit where it's due, project manager came out to look and insisted they redo, which I appreciate. The most important part of the whole thing for us was the tub, both bigger size and sturdy material. We got a sturdy tub on the redo, but it's really not bigger. Mike, Edwin, and Jose. Were very professional and polite. Edwin and Jose did a great job job and kept everything very clean They answered all my questions and showed me how to work the new shower system. It was a good experience.
