Update #4: To reply to recent reply from Showcase. Ummm. I have a text message here "Hey Steve, I talked to my operations manager and we're giving you 10% off the aeration to make up for those spots ~ Jacob Mokszycke", and recording of my conversation with Mike and a nice young lady. Glad I did as it was stated that a refund couldn't be refunded to my credit card as it was past 30 days which was not a problem for me.
