RecommendedFantastic service after the sale!! My parents moved into their Showcase Home in October 2014. Last month (August 2020) while addressing an issue with ants in the home we noticed some water damage that appeared to be the result of leakage coming from around the deck which was installed as part of the original build. I contacted Showcase Homes and was connected with Dave Dauphinee who quickly made arrangements to inspect the damage. I have just relocated and have been searching and searching for the right home. I was getting discouraged. Nothing on the market was what I was looking for, so I decided to check out Showcase Homes of Maine. I had heard good things about them, so I went and looked around. I made an appointment with Matt Ball and he was amazing. He had answered all my questions. He made the process very easy. Best decision I made. I would recommend Matt Ball to everyone!

During this Corona virus scare we had a warranty issue with our double wide. Because service calls are restricted at this time they can’t send someone out. Steve was able to talk us through temporarily fixing the issue and they will come out,when it is safe to do so,to complete the repairs. Thank you Peter and Steve for your help. We appreciate it so much! Showcase homes will be who I always recommend. They have gone above and beyond on both of our home purchases!!
have had a great experience with showcase. matt ball was great to deal with always got back to me vary quite and always answered all my questions/ concerns. the delivery crew where great!!!. the interior guy jason I believe was fast and did a good job and the service manager steve has been great to deal with fast at replaying and always helpful
Would absolutely recommend..
Great when you purchase your home. Nothing but a run around since.They tell you they will be back the next day but never show. And when you call the office no one can help because they have no clue where their service department is!! UPDATE THEY RETURNED ON SATURDAY & MONDAY TO GET EVERYTHING TAKEN CARE OF!! THANK YOU SO MUCH THEIR SERVICE MANAGER WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO HELP.
