DO NOT GO HERE! I’d recommend anywhere else other than here. If I could give this review negative stars I would. First off, the salesman (Kent Gardner) was beyond rude and very unhelpful. I don’t know if it’s because I am a single women looking for a smaller mobile home or what. I have been to 4 other mobile home dealers and have done my research and know exactly what I’m looking for. Run for your life! They will never finish what they started or help you get damages corrected their contractors cause.
First off unlike all the other lots we’ve gone to the homes were all locked here. The salesman rushes you around the lot and make comments such as “I’m in the business to sales homes” insisting we hurry up, move alone and stop wasting his time…..well duh Captain Obvious I know you are, but when someone is trying to make a HUGE life decision such as purchasing one of your 300k houses I would like to take my time look around and be able to make an informed decision. My experience as a visitor was very good. The sales guy was really nice and we were able to look at some homes and get the information we needed.
