If I could give this place negative starts I would. Once they get your money they never come fix the job. Bunch of problems with the home. Have numerous text messages, emails and pictures submitted to them. Constantly am told they are out of office or someone will contact me. Broken promises to make things right. Now having to pay out of pocket for it to be fixed by a professional. I would never recommend this place to anyone!!!
We had Kent show us around after we told him what we were looking for. He gave us a few options and spoke construction build with my other half (who thankfully understood it), we ended up with a Palm Harbor. Kent has been very kind with unlocking the house anytime we wanted to come by and see our upcoming home, answers any questions he can. He is very much a salesman though. We worked with Chase and Jared to get our home, they made the process fast and easy as possible and kept us updated the whole time. Our home is beautiful, and we couldn’t be happier! 10/10 suggest going to showcase, The Mariner single wide is the best floor plan I’ve seen for a single wide honestly for Clayton’s line.
Would not recommend!
Salesperson was enthusiastic and knowledgeable. Prices about what is expected.
