I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone! From the very beginning, getting any kind of useful information was like pulling teeth. The communication was beyond frustrating — I had to chase them down every time I needed an update, and even then, responses were slow and unhelpful. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Showcase Homes. Kent was incredibly helpful along every step of the way, and not once did he mislead, pressure, or make me question the choice to work with them. Kent followed up every time as promised and it was truly refreshing not to have to chase someone down to handle items as discussed. He went above and beyond, to say the least. Highly recommend to anyone in the area.
