You made it very clear that you judged us purely on our age, dismissing our genuine interest in Pokémon and assuming we wouldn’t buy or pay. That kind of bias is not only insulting but unprofessional. Your attitude was condescending, disrespectful, and left us extremely disappointed.
To say the customer service is off would be an understatement. It is OFF. We asked to see an item. Through zone. Go elsewhere. Felt like back to the future characters. So disrespectful.
Staff was very unfriendly, my friends and i were talking abt their plushies cuz we liked them and not even loudly and the staff asked us if we always talk that loudly and why we were there again as it was our second time going in. The guy was basicallt bald and had glasses, very unfriendly and unwelcoming to customers
Staff here especially manager is rude & mean.
This has been the worst customer service i’ve ever experienced. My friends and I (who are MINORS) were looking at slippers for our college dorm, we ended up feeling indecisive and left the store to come back later.
