DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE. The manager and all the employees are very rude and the manager's tone and behaviour throughout the interaction was dismissive, condescending, and unnecessarily rude. I have went here many times and the customer service is absolutely horrible, they have shouted and kicked people out many times for just being inside the store, the manager called us many racial slurs and have been very racist. treated me poorly. gave me attitude for looking at the products. as i walked out he yelled at me and others for wasting his time because apparently it was closing but he never made it known that they were closing and when we said sorry even though he didn’t deserve an apology he was very rude. horrible experience. the man at the front desk needs to rethink his place of work if he’s gonna act so obviously miserable and disrespectful towards customers. would give a 0 star review if i could.
i’m so disappointed in this customer service at the store. They were so rude and wanted us to put stuff back even though it was already put back in the store was closing in the guy. There was super rude and just super rude and I just keep staring at us like we were stealing stuff even though that was not gonna happen and it was very very disrespectful and very rude and just thought I would not recommend to anyone.
