The layout of the store is a bit small and awkward in my opinion. The product here is cute, but unfortunately most of it is pricey. Last time I went in the cashier seemed annoyed.
Bought a sanrio mystery figure ball, it was $15. I opened it to see it is a very bad quality bootleg and not even made of the same material as the figurines listed on the paper.
I had a great time, margaret was professional and listen to every question I asked! We need more people like her!
Best store ever!! I love how cheap some items are and the employees are so delightful, everything is presented beautifully and I enjoy how much hello kitty items are out on display! Definitely a treat to stop by 🩷
