Don't trust the lady with the glasses and the lady with this haircut, she's very unprofessional when it comes to customer service. Never going back till she's gone. 1 star (I recommend Dollarama because they have the same stuff and showcase just has inflated prices that make them look high quality)

Person who works there is a bad person and doesn’t let kids go in also when a kid yelled “mom there is a labubu!” She did not kick them out but when we accidentally yelled she banned us I don’t understand why that was three weeks ago which was so weird and bad customer service just because we won’t buy anything, doesn’t mean you can ban us from the store when we accidentally yelled, and this store has been a irrelevant to me that everyone who has come here has had a bad experience, which also means kids being blamed on kids ... read more
So there was this lady with like a stereotype Karen Bob haircut with glasses and about 3 weeks ago she joked with us right, but today when when we came she said hello but we were busy opening something so we didn't reply, but then she was like "you come in my house and don't say hello back?"
