On Friday January 23rd at noon, I let the cashier know I had tax exempt. With an attitude he said “if I needed it, I would’ve asked for it” Then educated me on the stores system. Unwanted and not fun for me. I do not care about the stores system, if I wanted to know I would’ve asked.
If I could give 0 stars, I would. Absolutely TERRIBLE experience and awful customer service from the manager. I bought a $70.00 item from the north bay location, was told upon purchase I can return it at ANY showcase for my money back within 30 days if it doesnt work- even if opened. I open it, and lo and behold the item doesn't work. I try and return it at the sudbury location while I was in town, and the manager was absolutely terrible. She was rude, and nasty. She would only give me store credit which isn't what I was tol... read more
