The owner came up to us at another store to try and get us to look at the same product at his place, when we went over they had it for 2.5-4x the price! Not to mention the staff was pretty rude and were making comments about the other customers when we went in.
Toy I purchase broke literally in 15 minutes. The quality at this store is terrible
The absolute worst service. Bought Dubai chocolate this was the third one I purchased didn’t have any issues with the others but this one came open and looked like it had been eaten. I contacted the store and was sent to voicemail. I left two voicemail messages however no one got back to me… then I went to the store later in the week and explained the situation , the manager said this was final sale and did nothing about it. Showcase located in Stone road mall is selling packs of JAPANESE Pokemon Cards for 19.99 a pack. This is a BLATANT scam as they are scalpers. Simply go across the road to “brodies gaming” and you’ll see the EXACT SAME packs for $3-8. They also have “Mystery Box’s” that only come with Japanese packs that retail at around $3-5 each.
I visited the store on Sunday for a warranty replacement. Since the item I wanted wasn't available, the staff refunded the amount back onto the gift card. A staff member wearing all black assured me multiple times that I could use the gift card online. However, when I tried to make a purchase on the website, there was no option to use the gift card. I contacted customer service for assistance, but they were unhelpful. Overall, this experience has been extremely disappointing.
