I visited this location with my family, and my kids (both under 10) were so excited to spend their piggy bank money. They were proud to be buying something with their own savings, which should have been a really positive experience. Unfortunately, the customer service was extremely disappointing. They were so nice to me I would come here again
The manager at this store is very rude and unprofessional. I went back 30 mins after I purchased 2 Nee dohs because I found the exact same product for half price at Indigo. He informed me that there are no returns on NeeDohs even though their store receipt says they accept returns within 30 days (code U listed right on the receipt!) . Their display also has no mention of not accepting returns on NeeDohs. Very disappointed in the lack of customer service at this store and the ignorance of the manager.
