Really bad customer service!

Really helpful staff, always a good experience
Double check the price of what you’re buying. Today, my son bought a freeze dried candy, the tag shows 4.99. When the they ring the order, it was 9.99. Then we came back to the store to correct the price and the price tag was already removed. We were told that specific kind is different because it’s a new product. But when we were eating it, the best before date is Dec 31, 2024. Today is Jan 8, 2025. So it means those are not new product.
The customer service goes above and beyond at this Showcase. The three ladies that worked there, when I came in today, were determined to help us find a sasquatch squishmallow. Even though we didn’t find it, we greatly appreciate how much care they put into their work :)
