I visited this shop and purchased Dubai chocolate. I realized after payment that there was recall information online related to the same brand and flavour. Although the expiry date on my item was different, I raised my concern with the store but was only offered an exchange for a different flavour instead of a refund. This experience was disappointing. Customers should double-check product safety and expiry dates before purchasing.

I had an uncomfortable experience due to one employee’s behavior (Gabe). They made repeated comments and acted in a way that felt inappropriate and unsettling. It took away from what should have been a normal, professional interaction. I hope management takes this seriously and ensures customers feel safe and respected.

Poor customer service, refuse to exchange or refund an unopened box, less than 30 days from purchase. Will never purchase another item from SHOWCASE, not in store nor online !

i get it, when something is trending on social media it’s gonna be expensive but it’s very over priced. the customer service is good but not great. and when i bought myself a blind box, the colour of a macaroon hat was completely off and had horrible quality. that blind box was 10$ for a small item that wasn’t even as big as my pinky.

On a busy Sunday you should have more then 2 people on but the service was still great gabe and Austin made my children and I experience great. The till thou takes forever only downside
