the store has gone through a major upgrade recently, before the store was always messy, difficult to shop and the music was always loud. it always looked like a bomb went off in there and staff were frequently unhelpful. last time i went in everything was organized, there was obvious space to line up at the till and it was a more pleasant shopping experience in general.

Alyssa was fantastic! Greeted timely. Great rapport. Great staff. Showcase always has iffy pricing but great people.

I visited this shop and purchased Dubai chocolate. I realized after payment that there was recall information online related to the same brand and flavour. Although the expiry date on my item was different, I raised my concern with the store but was only offered an exchange for a different flavour instead of a refund. This experience was disappointing. Customers should double-check product safety and expiry dates before purchasing.

I had an uncomfortable experience due to one employee’s behavior (Gabe). They made repeated comments and acted in a way that felt inappropriate and unsettling. It took away from what should have been a normal, professional interaction. I hope management takes this seriously and ensures customers feel safe and respected.
