WOW THE STORE IS INCREDIBLE TO SHOP AT FINALLY! I'm from Out of town and so use to coming into showcase being a disgusting g mess with no help, music always loud and useless staff with airpods in and phones out. But now It's so cleanand the staff are helpful ! I'll be back soon
One of my favorite stores in the mall. Good customer service. I go check it out about 4 times a month
the store has gone through a major upgrade recently, before the store was always messy, difficult to shop and the music was always loud. it always looked like a bomb went off in there and staff were frequently unhelpful. last time i went in everything was organized, there was obvious space to line up at the till and it was a more pleasant shopping experience in general.
This place is absolute trash the entitlement of the store manager is ridiculous
Alyssa was fantastic! Greeted timely. Great rapport. Great staff. Showcase always has iffy pricing but great people.
