I truly appreciate how helpful and considerate Sabrina was when I needed to exchange the large basketball for my grandson for a medium size. She made the process smooth and easy, and I’m really grateful for her assistance. Was in the store last Sunday March 23.
I ordered an item that was very misleading as I thought I was buying 8 toys, and it came with only 1! Shipping cost for return is on the customer (and is the cost of the item itself!) in spite of the website clearly stating THEY will provide a shipping label! They also don’t accept in-store returns for online orders. Congratulations, first and last purchase you’ll get from me!
Been buying from Showcase for years and always loved seeing the different products....but this time I made an online purchase and a bunch of the items either didn't fit true to size or just not even close at all! Went into the store with my items and they told me they don't do online return (well thats stupid) so I contacted online support to which they send me an email stating that my return was accepted and that IF I was provided a shipping label just send it back and I get a refund....well I wasn't provided a shipping lab... read more
Terrible.
If I could rate this store zero stars I would. My fiance and I visited on Tuesday September 17th. The associate didn't acknowledge us or greet us at all it was very uncomfortable looking at the products. There were two unaccompanied kids who were loud. Never visiting again. Too bad I did see some stuff I liked. Very horrible experience!
