Luv this place cool things.
Store staff in person is great. Problem is we preordered 2 items (3 weeks in advance) was to be in March 30th…called April 1st to ask if my items were in, and was advised that they called the people with pre orders, as the date has been confirmed pushed to May 21st! I NEVER received this supposed phone call at all! And now another 2 month wait. I’ll be going to cancel the order.
I was there this evening with my sons to buy a Nomnom toy for my niece. The manager (Brittany) greeted us with a friendly smile right away. It felt nice to receive excellent customer service for a change. She was busy and still went the extra mile for us. The cashier (Kaitlin) jumped in to help out at cash and I was immediately impressed with her product knowledge, and courtesy. I will definitely be back after being virtually ignored in the other stores that sell similar products. Thank you for helping!
The worker there had an attitude when I asked them if they had an item. She told me that I was never told that they would be accepting shipment on Wednesday and that it was a possibility. That’s not what I was told. She was extremely rude. She should no longer work at this establishment.
Went in for nee doh and they’re insanely overpriced. Small ones are $4 at Indigo Large ones at Indigo are $8 here they are $20 save your money and go somewhere else
