This store has everything so over priced its crazy. Example, Japanese Pokémon cards that are selling for 6-10$ for 40$ a pack and these boosters only contain 5 cards. The rest of their TCG cards are also terribly over priced. Its the only store you keep going back to weeks later and the same stock is available, cause no one is paying these ridiculous prices. The price mark ups are crazy. I understand a buisness needs to make money but it’s ridiculous. They were selling Japanese Pokémon packs for $29.99-39.99, these packs are around $4-7. Crazy these stores are scalping a kids card game.
I have came into this store alot I absolutely love the stuff they sell but one thing I love even more is how amazing and sweet one of the managers is her name is Brittany and she is soo sweet always answers any questions I have. She just makes the visit 1000% better
worst customer service, terrible company and products are all overpriced and marked up
The store itself is great with really cool stuff. But there is this young lady that works there with pink short hair. She was being very rude to one of her co-workers who is an elderly lady who I believe is new. It was very heartbreaking to see someone being treated that way, specially because the elderly lady was such a sweetheart.
