Stood outside the door for 10 min at 2pm no one opened the door. Cashier was behind the counter. Power outage was restored all other stores in the mall were open. Several people outside the store left. Can't order online, although its "free" shipping they charge $9.99 processing fee for shipping. Totally unacceptable.
Just wanted to share the guy working at the 8th street store today was fantastic. I was looking a specific item that they didn’t have in but he was very helpful and just really pleasant. I find these days, people are either over the top trying to push sales or they completely ignore you. This guy was the best and I will be back next week to look again. Thanks for the help kid!
