Manager Prince he is very unprofessional he is not fit to be a manager I called the corporate on him one of the employees said he is always rude to customers he was sitting there with a little teenager on his lap and he even didn’t even let me get four movie tickets seats for my family he was being mean and telling me we can’t sit together this is so messed up he wanted to even start a fight with a guy behind me show biz is a place to have fun not for someone to act like he can treat anyone the way he wants.
Marla, the owner of Show Biz Productions is the event planner of the highest customer service EVER! She has planned and carried out events for my family for everything from kids’ birthday parties to Bar mitzvahs and large weddings. She works tirelessly and can easily be contacted and engaged. Her business card mentions her as a “wing woman.” I will go a step further and add the adjective “ extrodinaire.” I highly recommend.
