I have to agree with the other review that this lawyer is a horrible attorney. At our first consulation he told me that he could get my case dropped and was talking a whole bunch of trash on the district attorney. He said the district attorney wouldn t know what hit them and that we would make them look like fools in court. TIM SHOWALTER is the worst attorney I ve ever met. He was selling drugs out of the back of his office during our consultation. He conspired with co council on my criminal case and when we went to trial he failed to call witnesses to testify on my behalf even though they were there and present to testify. He dresses really sloppy for court by wearing 80 s style clothes with baggy and frayed pants and always is nervous and shaky making me tend to believe that he uses drugs.
