Rebuttle I have worked at showtime for 18 years our of the 32 they have been in business. These folks are the best around and treat their help like no other place can or have. I am the seamstress and have made over 1000 weddings each different than the last. If the person who wrote a bad review had a problem, the problem had to be that person...there was a bridezilla amist one wedding I worked on but got on the right tract so I thought. Awesome costume shop This is a great costume shop. They have everything you could every want costume wise. I'm not sure what they do when they are not selling Halloween costumes but that is their many time of year. They are known for having very creative costumes. They can be rather expensive but they are definitely very lifelike. If you are serious about Halloween head straight here.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! I purchased a "disco" shirt from ShowTime Costumes for my birthday party that night. While getting ready for my party, my friend pointed out that there was a burn hole in the front of the shirt, leaving me with nothing to wear for my own party. Being that I bought the shirt on a Saturday near closing time, I called them Wed (the next day the store was open), the employee told me to bring the shirt in. After bringing the shirt in I was told I'd receive a full refund due to the burn not being fres... read more
Wonderful Store World Class is correct to say the least! I just happened to go to the PO and saw this old mansion, decided to walk in. Was greeted by The lovely woman who was gracious enough to take me on tour and knew where everything was that I asked about. She ever offered a cup of coffee. It's been a long time since I was treated like Royalty. The store was so magical that I never wanted to leave. I wound up spending a bundle. When asked what happens during the year, she replied that the store is open all year and stays ... read more
