Customer service here is number one. First had Gaby which spent ages happily looking through tiles with me. Gave me a handful of samples and all the details required. Then ordered through Tim who was so friendly and helpful. Found the sizes I needed, prompt and accurate tile order times and commited follow up of any questions. Really appreciate the great experience and top notch service 👍
Absolutely lovely service, very helpful and super easy to deal with! Staff really knew their stuff and had no issues at all helping us out. We went in with one idea, ended up leaving with a completely different idea that we loved even more! Definitely worth coming to see their large list of tiles!
James was disinterested and dismissive of us when we were making our selections. He attempted to pass one tile off as another because it was the same colour. The quality of the substitute tile was clearly not a match for the one we were after, as a corner broke off the sample while simply being placed in the car. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently had the pleasure of visiting Show Tile and I must say, their range of high-quality tiles and pavers is impressive! Jimmy assisted us during our visit, and he was fantastic—very knowledgeable and offered excellent advice to help us make our decision.
