Refuses to repair their own work. Multiple correspondence/messages went unanswered. Once finally reached, simply stated that he did not want to repair what he had done (luckily payment was withheld due to the work becoming undone within 1.5 weeks of services being rendered). Quite shocked that this is how someone opts to run their business.
My shower door unexpectedly shattered in the middle of the night after being installed under 3 years ago. After speaking with the owner, he took zero responsibility and even came up with excuses as to how it could have been our fault. I have 2 young children who could have gotten really hurt from this situation. I highly recommend never using there services.
This company provides absolutely no customer service. My shower door shattered in the middle of the night (luckily no one was injured) 3 years after installation. They took no responsibility or accountability. They blamed it on me (not sure how?) and refused to help or come clean it up.
Service impeccable, des vrais professionnels des vitres. Ils ont conçu et fabriqué une belle douche vitrée dans ma clinique. Également ils ont corriger les erreurs de mon ancien vitrier. Un gros merci a toute leur équipe !!!
