Took my toddler to Disney on ice at the bojangles’ Coliseum ( a family tradition) and the staff at the door was extremely rude to the black patrons but had no problem being polite to the white patrons! Only black families were told they could not bring bags in before even asking if they were diaper bags or not. When asked to speak to the manager I was told the we just bumped heads. I read he’s out to corporate and they never got back with me

The event staff here is unbelievably overbearing and rude. They enforce rules more strictly than airport security, and it takes away from the entire experience. Instead of making guests feel welcome, they make you feel like you're doing something wrong at every turn. They scream at children.. It's honestly one of the reasons people avoid attending events here. At this point, I think being rude and miserable must be part of the hiring criteria. Yikes
