Went recent cheer comp in Charlotte convention center. Day 1 the staff was great. Very pleasant. Day 2 staff was rude and very inconsistent on “rules”. When entering one of the rooms was stopped for having a drink and had to throw it away, while they let others go in with their drinks. There were no signs saying drinks were not allowed in the rooms.

Complete trash. Please don’t consider this company when looking for security for your event. Incredibly rude, racist, and dismissive at recent benefit event for cancer survivors! Prepare to be treated awful from parking your vehicle until you leave the venue. Worst experience possible. Do not hire
Wonderful staff. Helped me when the third party ATM took ages to resolve an issue. Everyone was polite and helpful, Lisa was lovely and I wish I'd gotten the name of the supervisor who assisted me but thanks for the ride to my car!
