I've been to countless concerts in my life, everything from the symphony and opera, to the Rolling Stones, Neil Young, metal shows and the best Americana performers. The Show Pros staff at the Ringo Starr and His All-Star Band show June 25 at Ovens Auditorium in Charlotte were the rudest group of concert staff I have ever seen. They receive no good review from me. On Mothers Day out of all days. My mother had a mini purse and had to walk all the way to the car to return her purse due to a few inches over. It was a lil purse with her wallet. This was an inconvenience to my family. I would never recommend them to any event. This was in Charlotte NC AT the Kenny G concert
Went recent cheer comp in Charlotte convention center. Day 1 the staff was great. Very pleasant. Day 2 staff was rude and very inconsistent on “rules”. When entering one of the rooms was stopped for having a drink and had to throw it away, while they let others go in with their drinks. There were no signs saying drinks were not allowed in the rooms.

Complete trash. Please don’t consider this company when looking for security for your event. Incredibly rude, racist, and dismissive at recent benefit event for cancer survivors! Prepare to be treated awful from parking your vehicle until you leave the venue. Worst experience possible. Do not hire
