Unfortunately the landlord doesn't want to deal with tenants but likes the rent check. He is on his third management company in. the 3 years I have been here. I have had a 58 degree and dropping temperature since I submitted a maintenance request at 10am. I was given a window of between 300 pm and 700 pm. We are headed into another frigid night.
