They are not welcoming at all. The old guy who seems to be the owner of this car wash is rude as hell. He does’t know that he runs a business which is based on customer experience. Don’t bother coming here and wasting your time. Won’t recommend at all. Worst experience.
The customer service does need improving. I booked 2 hatchback cars for 10am, which I was told would be around $45 or a little more depending on how dirty they are. Then arrived at 10am only to be told to give him time, he said he'd do one car for $170 which was much more and I said I could get it done for around $60 in which he said okay $75.. I wish I could give the car wash -0- instead of 1. Such a rude owner and terrible customer service. Don’t waste your time and money. Not recommended at all.
On side they operate for UCAR car rental company .THey are liars and scammers.Rip you off.What they give you is not what they show on th website .Beware of these people
