Very disappointed. I initially called and spoke with Rachel. I explained we’re in the middle of purchasing a home and that we were in need of a septic inspection. I told her that the septic tank had been cleaned out two weeks prior, the system was older and that it was a two tank system (at the time I wasn’t sure how many gallon each tanks was).
