The bigger guy behind the pistol counter has horrible customer service skills. If you can get his attention for help, he makes it seem like you are bothering him. Been a range member the last 3 years here and have always told people how good of a place it is but since my experience with him and ONLY him, I'm not sure if I want to even finish this years range membership.
Best prices in town. Only complaint is as with most gun shops, some employees have big egos.
Very knowledgable staff, great selection, great gunsmiths, and love the range and the training!
