Had AC issues with a new Kubota mini ex I leased during a week that was excessive for heat. Unfortunately they were short staffed and were not able to get out and resolve the issue, however I recently received a phone call from the owner who listened to my complaint and offered a solution. This is much appreciated and I will rent from them again.
