I told them I needed a backhoe that I was cleaning out a lagoon. They brought a small tractor with a backhoe attachment. After several days. I let them know it was to small. The manger said I needed a small excavator. I said no I needed a larger backhoe. I wasn't there when they delivered it but they brought a small excavator. I called and told them I needed a backhoe to dig out a lagoon..they sent out a small tractor with a backhoe attachment. After unable to get near the center of the lagoon. So they send out a mini excavator that couldn't even go over the rocks. It was always stuck. They was supposed to send out someone to help get it unstuck. he didn't show until dark.
