I am speechless with gratitude. I purchased the Bernina Q24 from Show-Me and I am in love. It was a big step into the computer world having had for many years a Gammill. After having it for a month, there was a system upgrade that was to happen. Not only did I NOT have to do it by myself, both Beth & Dave came over. iI am sorry I did not give Dave a rating when I wrote a comment about the great job he did on my Butler robotic. I think that may have come off as a bad rating when it was intended to be the highest rating I could give anyone. Thanks again Dave McCauley.
I purchased a Butler robotic upgrade about 6 months ago. It was installed but I could not get it to work properly. I called the EZ Quilt company and they sent someone out to fix it. It still did not work. We tried over the phone with them telling me what do (and me wanting to tell them what they could do). Well finally Dave to the rescue. He gave me a time that he would come to my house and said it would be working when he left. Dave installed a regulator, computerized upgrade to my 15 year old Gammill long arm machine. I knew it would improve my results, I just didn't realize how much! The regulator has given me the confidence to use smaller and more intricate designs on my quilts. The end results are astounding! There is also a black light feature that lets you see white quilting so much better! It doesn't even have to be on white fabric to see the white thread better.
