We hosted our annual user conference over the course of a week in Kansas City and used Show-Me for all audio/visual. We contracted a stage, a giant rear-projection monitor, speakers, and microphones. This set up was replicated across multiple floors in our hotel event space. The Show-Me sales rep was incredibly communicative and accomodating to help us with budgeting.
