Repeat customer here. Paul was awesome to work with and saved us lots of money.
This company installed my ac unit roughly two years ago (under warranty). Had problems a few weeks ago and a worker named Paul was sent out. I let Paul know the issues I was having with it freezing up and Paul checked the levels of coolant in the system and levels were not up to spec. Paul stated the last crew must not of filled the coolant properly and stated one of the guys out last was a druggie meth user and made a mistake in filling it. Installed my HVAC system in my new home. Did an excellent job. Always available to answer questions.
They didnt come right away stayed 15 min. Left had to call next day for same thing and days later stayed same time left never really got it fixed right both me and my wife are eldly wont use them again
I would not recommend Show-Me Heating & Air Conditioning.
