This company is fantastic and I highly recommend them. When my mini split went out in my house, I got in contact with them. The owner gave me multiple options to choose from to resolve the issue. We decided on a new unit, and they got the installation on their schedule immediately. They did a fantastic job installing and explaining how to use the equipment. Jamie does an excellent job with installation in a minimal amount of time after contacting for work. Highly recommend if you are looking for a ductless system as an initial install or an emergency replacement to a failed system such as I had. The 12 year warranty is a nice security blanket on top of top notch equipment.
