Stopped in to Show Low Mattress and met Chuck. Looked at a few beds, got pricing and went to another mattress store. As soon as I walked out the door I called Chuck and ordered the bed that we discussed. I appreciate that he did not push me or ask a bunch of questions. I was just shopping, but after going to the other place, I wanted to do business with Chuck. Great customer care. I would highly recommend Show Low Maytersß to anyone who lives in the area.
My salesman was awesome working with me to find the best mattress for me. He had my mattress ordered and ready for pickup quickly. The mattress itself was very easy to unpack and install. My only issue is that the mattress in the store definitely felt softer than the mattress I have. I am sure its due to being in the showroom and used so much, but I wish I had understood that so I could have prepared for that. I will need to get a pillow topper to make it softer.

I bought a nice mattress from them and they were great. But I asked chuck to make my last 7 truck payments and they would not do it. Thought that was a lil mean . What was meaner I want him to dig a new septic by hand and that didn’t happen. Joking. Great place great guy and fair pricing.
