Very disappointed! They took care of my father's Fusion for years after he bought it there. Had an issue with the Rack and Pinion Steering, took to local mechanic who advised that it had a recall and to take the vehicle to the dealership. Went and talked to Show Low Ford but they advised that the recall was only good for 10 years. Advised that this vehicle had been serviced there for years, why wasn't it ever addressed. Made an appointment for an oil change. They took our truck back within a few mins and completed the work quckly. Great and quick service.
Big Shout Out to Service Advisor Tom! My 2022 Maverick FX Off Road developed a battery issue that prevented starting even after charging it up. The Maverick utilizes a “smart battery” which might not be so smart since this is the 2nd to go bad. I met with Tom on Saturday to discuss my problem and show him video of the craziness on the display when attempting to start.
