This is a scam company. Booked through them and the night before my team arrived the hotel bookings were canceled by theses shysters. DO NOT BOOK WITH SHOW COORDINATORS. I called and was advised to get the money back through the credit card company...
they took my money for a hotel reservation, never paid the hotel, and I paid again. Been trying to get my money back for over 1 month!!!!! Embassy Suites said they had a hard time collecting their money in the past Bad bad news
They was supposed to take my payment two payment , one at the time I booked a reservation with them and the other in May 2017 for a June 2017 reservation.They token the second payment in October 2016. I was not able to get in contact with them by phone,fax, or email until December 2016. My email, fax and voicemail were unanswer. I was able to reach the reservation department in December 2016 to cancel my reservation.I was told by email to contact the Accounting Department for a refund.
