I came across Shovel and Spoon's Middle East Coast products (Hummus, Tahini, and Labneh) at Bath Natural Market and have since found them at Tiller & Rye in Brewer and John Edwards in Ellsworth. If they are not carried in your local natural market, ask the manager to get them. The flavor and freshness of each is amazing! We feel beyond lucky to have been able to work with Courtney and the Shovel & Spoon team for a welcome event hosted the night before our wedding. I know this particular year they had stepped back from catering a bit while they were focused on other projects but it meant the world to us that they were able to do this event. Best tahini I’ve ever had!
Having Shovel & Spoon cater our wedding was one of the best choices we made. It is difficult to say enough good things about their food, hospitality, and professionalism. Courtney and Tomer are just lovely people to be around and work with. They are kind, understanding, and incredibly likeable. Courtney and tomer are the absolute best! We had many of our guests come up to us and say it was the best wedding food they have ever had. The food is delicious and they are just wonderful people. (Photo is from our food tasting with them - will post some from the wedding when we get them!)
