I have TRIED to contact them THREE TIMES over the last almost three weeks. At no point have I EVER received a call back from them. When I call, they say, "Oh I'm sorry, I'll mark this call as urgent and an attorney will get back to you shortly," every single time. I have called one last (4th) time because they seem to be the most aware of a very specific matter involving my child and their assailant. I got the same thing from the answering service.
