The place was easy to find. I had new patient paperwork to fill out, and X-rays and still in and out in under an hr. My wife had a shoulder replacement with Dr Nelson 4 yrs ago and had a great experience. I also noticed a lot of the same people are still there.
This was the first serious injury in my life so I was so scared. Madison saw me the next morning after my bone break and with Dr Nelson, they determined the way forward for me to heal. Madison helped me to realize that I would heal which helped with me being so scared, and I was in good care through the whole healing process. I feel blessed that I was able to get an appointment with them because I feel that they really took good care of me.
