Pretty inexperienced staff in my opinion. They suggested to put muzzle on my 40-pound border collie because he looked a little tensed up. So I did. Then the guy tried to pin down my dog on the floor while the lady was trying to do the shot around the thigh. Of course my poor dog didn’t like that so started struggling. Then she had some syringe issue and missed the window to give the shot before the muzzle came off. All these were happening inside the petsmart while there was a line of people behind us watching.
