I made an appt online for 10am. Only to arrive and learn that appts didn’t matter. There were no instructions or signs. Just a long line. I didn’t find anyone to ask questions so I just hopped in line. While in line I directed a few store customers that stepped in line thinking it was for the check outs. Signs would really have helped.
