Our experience was great! We found a car my wife and I both love, and the service from the sales staff was phenomenal.
We bought a ford explorer from them a year ago. The air was broke when we test drove it, and we made a deal they would fix the air if we bought it. So we take it in to get fixed. All they do is add coolant to the unit. So they put a bandaid on it and didn’t actually fix it. Now that it’s hot again, the air is not working. We take it back in there, and now they are REFUSING to fix it because they already “fixed” it. And they said we waited too long; which is funny because we weren’t using the air in the winter.
