We bought a ford explorer from them a year ago. The air was broke when we test drove it, and we made a deal they would fix the air if we bought it. So we take it in to get fixed. All they do is add coolant to the unit. So they put a bandaid on it and didn’t actually fix it. Now that it’s hot again, the air is not working. We have used Shottenkirk Toyota for all of our vehicles over the last two years for all repairs or vehicle maintenance needs. We are happy with the costs and workmanship done. Would recommend to all friends and family.
