Yesterday and today I had a great experience with mr Homer my 2020 nissan needed ac repair Homer went above and beyond to fix my ac and also did other work that was needed this nissan dealerships is the place to go if repairing your car or buying a car
came in with issues of shaking when driving, and blown speakers car was under warranty, go an estimate to change air filter and engine filter for 80.00, I signed the documents for the 80.00 worth of services. When I go to pickup the vehicle they are charging me 200 for an “Engine Diagnosis”, when the engine was never the issue nor did I say that. Service department was unorganized and dirty. Service department sucks here.
Had a diagnosis for my vibration issue. They did a very thorough work and provided videos. My advisor Tristen was very helpful.
I had an unscheduled problem with my Titan and brought it to Shottenkirk. They took me in immediately and worked on my truck to diagnose the issue. It took some time but the technicians got me up and running as soon as possible. I have a high degree of confidence in the technicians at Shottenkirk and have no issues recommending them for the repair of your Nissan.
