Quick service; comfortable atmosphere!
John Palos was excellent he got me into a new 2026 vehicle within our range which we didn’t think was possible but he made it happen. Andy Pham helped us with the finance portion and got us some awesome savings and perks. Overall great and quick service here. Will definitely recommend to everyone!!!
I've brought my Titan here for service once before and the customer service was below average. However, this time my service adviser was Homer and he was fantastic! My first visit was a service and a warranty issue which didn't get addressed. I was told I need to come back, how much trouble it was going to be, etc. This visit Homer was easy to work with, understood the issue, and had the claim put in the same day and called me the same afternoon saying everything was approved! I spoke with Eric over the phone and he invited me and my grandson in to talk about what we needed where we met Tracey who walked us through the whole process. She made us feel important. Tracey was informative and most of all she had a very spiritual personality that touched me. With that being said I trusted her. I walked out with a new car for me and my grandson. She made us a very happy family. I could say more but I am having trouble staying on the website.
