My husband and I visited Shottenkirk Nisson last weekend to check out new Nissan cars. Esperanza warmly welcomed us and passed us to Sebastian. Sebastian was fantastic! Worst experience ever when trying to buy a used car. Interaction with the sales person itself was great. Management was a complete different history. They pushed add-ons on top of the website listed price, for 6,000 (protection plus for around 3,500 and some ceramic paint treatment for around 2,500), which I did not want and they refused to remove them from the offer. I received a recall notice for my 2023 Nissan Rouge. Took it into Shottenkirk Nissan. I was treated like royalty!! My wait time was much shorter than I expected. The gentleman from the Service department was very kind and kept me informed about the progress of my vehicle!!
I had a lot of work done needed four tires caught a good sale price was were I expected to be it took two hours
