I can't say enough about the sales team at Shottenkirk Hyundai (Frank, Val, Jimmy). The process was stress free, the staff were friendly and the purchase was the most transparent and easiest I have experienced. I found the car I wanted online and called to confirm it was available. Frank, one of the Sales Managers, was very friendly and helpful. He indicated he would have it pulled up to the front of the building before my arrival. We had a very pleasant experience at Shottenkirk Hyundai in Canton. The vehicles were displayed in a way that was easy to view them, not packed in so tight you couldn’t walk between them (like another dealership we visited). The salespeople, Gabby and Alex, were fun to work with and very knowledgeable about the vehicles. Would definitely go back again and ask for them the next time we’re in the market.

Update November 2025 ... Found out dealership dropped the ball again to get my oil changes reinstated ~ rating to one (1) ... Called ... Called back from dealership ... Over promised some resolution to the issue and ignored last week from them 😭 ... Going to corporate with a lawyer if I am ignored ... Previously leadership during the sale has vanished and my question was: doesn't Mr Shottenkirk and the company honor their previous employees business practices and agreements with customers?
