Had to take in my 2023 Bronco for service and a few recalls. Zach at Shottenkirk Service department was great to work with. He got me a ride home and also delivered my Bronco to my home once the service was done. They took care of all my issues. Will continue to do business with Shottenkirk Ford in Jasper Georgia. Shirley

I was initially turned away by the gentleman at the service desk at 4:30 PM for a basic oil change. Scott stepped in when he didn’t have to and found me someone to get the service done. That kind of stuff matters when it would’ve been easier to say “see ya”. Appreciate it, Scott.
