If I could leave a 0, I would. I called on a Thursday morning because my Jeep broke down on the freeway and they told me that they’d call me back within 24 hours. Saturday I followed up because nobody reached out and was told that they’d call didn’t have anybody there that day, they had a skeleton crew on Monday, and I could bring my Jeep in on Tuesday.
