I recently visited Shottenkirk Chevy in Quincy, Illinois for oil change and tire rotation on my truck. While there, I asked if my wiper blades could be replaced. They told me that wouldn’t be a problem. What they didn’t tell me was that they would charge $120 to do that. Oil changes will be all they’ll be doing for me from now on. For now.
I made my appointment online for 9 am. I arrived earlier than I expected to find out their app didn't record my appointment. They said No problem, we can get you in! I was done by 9am! Great Service and smiles! ☺️
