This dealership is amazing! Super friendly staff attended all my issues without hesitation. Highly recommend!!
After going to a local dealer to get a recall taken care of. That dealer said I needed a new radiator. Kurt from the ft Madison Shottenkirk got involved cause of the warranty I had signed. I had Kurt take my truck to his shop. They looked at it. Warranty was the only issue. Didn’t need a whole replacement radiator like the local dealer wanted. Kurt saved the day with care and trustworthy of this dealership and service dept. I will be going back in the future.
Fast and great customer service
