Hate to be bashful to a local business but don’t want any other small business owners to have an experience like I did. Had a meeting with an accountant in the York building, after that couldn’t get a hold of them on the phone or email. Receptionist kept telling me they said they would call me. Turned in some forms and they couldn’t even tell me if they were turned it. Ended up going in and talking to them and the forms were over a month late and weren’t even turned in. Now on the hunt for an accountant last minute.

I stopped in to see about their individual income tax services. Receptionist required me to fill out my name, email, and phone number and what was needed. Then she said a CPA would get back with me. I guess she never did give me a timeline. They evidently are too busy to give a hoot about the small fish. Moreover, they do not have the decency to answer my inquiry. How hard is it to respond in an email or text. Guess they're just telling me to f off, you're too small.
