Cool Decor, but Helpless Staff – I visited Shotgun Betty's while a visit to Scottsdale for Bike Week in 2011. The weather was perfect, and the biker community was out in full swing. We stopped into Shotgun Bettys one night. The place is really cool, and has some good looking girls slinging drinks. The decor is really western-themed, and is pretty cool.
